This thesis examines the role and functions of extralinguistic parameters in modern political discourse. The study focuses on three main groups of parameters: paralinguistic (prosody, voice timbre, pauses), kinetic (gestures, facial expressions, posture), and contextual (setting, props, media framing). The central hypothesis is that these parameters are not secondary but are fundamental tools for constructing a politician's image, managing emotional perception, and reinforcing ideological messages. Using a multimodal discourse analysis, the work demonstrates how extralinguistic components work in tandem with linguistic ones to create a holistic and effective persuasive impact..
