Abstract

Ushbu maqolada korporativ strategiyaning mohiyati va tuzilishi o‘rganilib, uning uzoq muddatli biznes rejalashtirish va resurslarni taqsimlashdagi roli yoritilgan. Korporativ strategiya biznes va funksional strategiyalardan farq qilib, butun tashkilot bo‘ylab qabul qilinadigan qarorlarni o‘z ichiga oladi. Tadqiqot asosiy maqsadlarni, jumladan, barqarorlik, resurslarni optimallashtirish, bozorga moslashish va innovatsiyalarni tahlil qiladi. Tesla Inc. kompaniyasi misolida korporativ strategiyaning texnologik innovatsiyalar va strategik kengayish orqali qanday ustunliklar yaratishi ko‘rib chiqiladi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, samarali korporativ strategiyalar uzoq muddatli o‘sish va barqarorlikni ta’minlash uchun doimiy bozor tahlili, risklarni boshqarish va manfaatdor tomonlar bilan aloqalarni talab qiladi.
