Abstract

This article analyzes the possibilities of reducing poverty through the development of the service sector in the regions. The service sector is considered an important factor in increasing the income sources of the population, creating new jobs and ensuring social equality. It especially highlights the role of stimulating small business and entrepreneurship, expanding infrastructure and logistics capabilities, and training programs for the population. Also, proposals and recommendations are developed for the effective development of the service sector based on regional characteristics, needs and economic opportunities of the population.
