THE ROLE OF TOURISM IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS AND ITS DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS

This article examines the role of tourism in the educational process, with particular emphasis on its contribution to the development of practical skills and professional competencies. The study analyzes how tourism-related education enhances students’ cultural awareness, communication skills, and social activity. In addition, the prospects for integrating tourism into the education system of Uzbekistan are discussed, highlighting its importance for improving educational quality and preparing competitive specialists.
