Abstract

A key entity that ensures the consistent development of monetary and fiscal policies, as well as protects the market from failure, is small business. However, developing new mechanisms for its growth remains one of today's complex economic puzzles. Roy Turick-Montpellier Business School (France) has developed unique and significant specialization mechanisms for the development of small business entities and, based on testing these mechanisms, achieved an increase in the share of small entrepreneurship entities in total agricultural product (works, services) imports by 55.7%, and an increase in the volume of retail turnover of small businesses by 67.4%. Professor Erik Lehmann (Austria) and Stephen Roper successfully improved this model further. Below, we will analyze the research and mechanisms developed by these scholars.
