Abstract

The International Labor Organization is the core of the international institutional system that regulates international labor relations.

Establishment of the International Labor Organization.

The ILO is an international intergovernmental organization, established in 1919 at the Peace Conference, which began in Paris and later concluded in Versailles, with the aim of accelerating social reforms after World War I and coordinating them at the international level on the basis of the Versailles Peace Treaty. The first session of the International Labor Conference (the highest representative body of the ILO) was held in Washington on 29 October 1919, which went down in history as the founding date of the International Labor Organization.
