Abstract

This article explores the significance of integrating authentic materials into the reading curriculum of medical learners to improve their reading comprehension, vocabulary acquisition, and critical thinking skills. By analyzing literature, describing experimental methodology, and evaluating the results of an intervention study, the paper demonstrates how real-world texts such as medical journals, case reports, and clinical guidelines can enrich medical students’ reading proficiency.
