Abstract

The article examines the constitutional and legal content of the right to qualified legal assistance in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author analyzes the role of this right within the system of constitutional guarantees, explores the challenges of its implementation under current conditions, and proposes ways to improve the mechanisms for ensuring this right in the context of ongoing legal reforms in the country.
