Ushbu maqolada shaxsning o‘ziga ishonchi va assertiv xulq-atvorini rivojlantirish muammosi tahlil qilingan. Assertivlik — bu shaxsning o‘z huquq va fikrlarini hurmat asosida, tajovuzsiz, lekin qat’iy tarzda ifoda etish qobiliyatidir. Trening metodlari orqali o‘ziga ishonchni mustahkamlash, ijtimoiy kommunikatsiyani yaxshilash, passiv yoki agressiv xatti-harakatlarni kamaytirish yo‘llari yoritilgan. Maqolada shaxsiy o‘sish, ijtimoiy psixologik muhit va o‘zaro muloqotda assertivlikning o‘rni ilmiy jihatdan asoslangan.
