Ushbu maqolada pedagogik faoliyatdagi nutqiy kompetensiyaning o’rni haqida so’z boradi va tahlil qilinadi. O’qituvchining nutqiy kompetentligi o’quv jarayonini samarali boshqarish, o’quvchilarga bilim berish va ularning rivojlanishiga ijobiy ta’sir qilishda muhim rol o’ynashi ta’kidlanadi. Maqolada nutqiy kompetensiyaning tarkibiy qismlari, o’qituvchining nutqiy kompetentligi, o’quvchilarga ta’sir qilish usullari hamda uning rivojlanish yo’llari muhokama qilinadi. Mavzuni yanada chuqurroq yoritish maqsadida bu boradagi yosh o’qituvchilarning fikr va mulohazalari ham tahlil qilinadi.
