ASSESSMENT OF THE ROLE OF THE STATE BUDGET IN SUPPORTING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT: EUROPEAN COUNTRIES CASE STUDY
Abstract
This thesis represents an analysis of the significance of government budgets in ensuring sustainable socio-economic development, focusing on the example of European countries. The study evaluates the role of government budgets in financing social programs, investing in economic development, and ensuring financial stability. The experiences and practices of European countries in managing public finances and implementing sustainable development strategies are analyzed. The findings and recommendations obtained could be valuable for the development and improvement of sustainable development policies and budget planning not only in Europe but also in other regions of the world.
