Abstract

Sitrus bioflavonoidlari asosan sitrus mevalarida mavjud bo‘lgan tabiiy birikmalar bo‘lib, ularning sog‘liq uchun potentsial foydalari bilan mashhur. Diosmin, hesperidin, rutin va boshqa birikmalar, ayniqsa Evropada, qon tomirlari salomatligini qo‘llab-quvvatlash uchun ko‘pincha oziq-ovqat qo‘shimchalari sifatida ishlatiladi. Bu bioflavonoidlar surunkali venoz etishmovchilik, gemorroy, oson ko‘karishlar, gipertenziya va ko‘krak bezi saratoni operatsiyasidan keyingi limfedema kabi bir qator sharoitlarda tavsiya etiladi. Sitrus bioflavonoidlari qon tomirlari devorlarini mustahkamlaydi va antioksidant xususiyatlarga ega, ammo ularning odamlarga ta'sirini to‘liq tushunish uchun ko‘proq tadqiqotlar talab etiladi.
