ISSUES OF SOCIAL PROTECTION OF MATERNITY IN UZBEKISTAN

The article analyzes the theoretical and legal foundations of protecting motherhood, reviews studies on ensuring maternity protection, examines the distinctive features of legal mechanisms for maternity protection, constitutional guarantees, the close connection between women's socio-economic rights and their maternal functions, measures to eliminate discrimination in the implementation of these rights, and the legislative experience of foreign countries in this area.
