In recent years, the development of digital technologies and electronic commerce in the economy of Uzbekistan is growing at a significant pace. The increasing coverage of the population with the Internet and the expansion of digital payment systems are driving the development of online trade in the country. This analysis examines the current status of online sales in the country, drivers of development and future opportunities. The results of the analysis show that there are factors hindering the development of online trade. Among them, insufficient development of logistics services, weak Internet infrastructure in rural areas, and complete lack of trust in electronic payment services by the population were found. Solving these problems is necessary for the future sustainable development of online sales. Uzbekistan has wide opportunities for the development of online trade and electronic commerce. The introduction of educational programs, support for entrepreneurship, and strengthening of cooperation between the public and private sectors play an important role in the development of e-commerce. This will help to strengthen the country's economic growth and international trade relations in the future.
