in this article, the educational material is considered as the main object of the educational process. It analyzes the content, structure, didactic features of the educational material, as well as the factors affecting the process of its assimilation. Also, the stages of acceptance, processing, strengthening and application of knowledge by students are covered within the framework of scientific and theoretical foundations.
