This article explores the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in foreign language learning and teaching, highlighting its transformative potential. It discusses AI's capabilities, such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), voice recognition, and machine learning, which enhance language acquisition through personalized and adaptive learning experiences. The article also examines how AI supports teachers by automating tasks and providing data-driven insights to improve teaching strategies. Despite its benefits, challenges such as technological limitations, ethical concerns, and cultural nuances are addressed. Finally, the article looks at future prospects, suggesting that advancements in AI could further revolutionize language education, making it more engaging and accessible.
