The article emphasized the role of language as an expression of nationality and national spirit. The essence of the translingual aspect of language ecology has been considered. In the process of translation, there was talk about the introduction of the concepts of nationality used in the examples of fiction into a specific language. They talked about the place of irreplaceable lexis and lacunae in the translation ecosystem.
