THE IMPACT OF TAX INCENTIVES ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE GREEN ECONOMY IN UZBEKISTAN

This paper examines the role of tax incentives in promoting the development of the green economy in Uzbekistan. As environmental challenges intensify, Uzbekistan seeks sustainable economic growth through green policies and investment in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and eco-friendly technologies. The study analyzes existing tax policies, their effectiveness in encouraging green investments, and identifies challenges and opportunities for improvement. Findings suggest that well-designed tax incentives can significantly boost green economic activities, support environmental sustainability, and foster inclusive growth in Uzbekistan’s transition to a low-carbon economy.
