Abstract

This article analyzes the legal foundations and economic efficiency of the customs territory processing regime. It explores the opportunities for enhancing export potential through this regime, comparing international practices and national legislation. The current problems, their causes, and consequences are identified. Proposals for effective utilization of this regime in Uzbekistan are developed. The author justifies mechanisms for achieving economic growth through the improvement of the regime. The conclusions presented in the article serve as a scientific and practical basis for reforms in the field.
