Abstract

Teaching speaking skills in primary school is essential for building students' communication abilities and confidence. Effective techniques include interactive activities like role-plays, group discussions, and storytelling, which make learning engaging and practical. Incorporating songs, rhymes, and visual aids can enhance vocabulary and pronunciation while making lessons enjoyable. Creating a supportive classroom environment encourages students to practice speaking without fear of mistakes. Regular opportunities for verbal interaction and real-world simulations, such as conversations or presentations, help students develop fluency and lay a foundation for future language success.
