THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FRAUD AND THE CRIME OF FORGERY

This article examines the difference between fraud and aggravated crimes.  In particular, the difference between the crime of forgery and the crime of fraud, the shortcomings of the judicial investigation practice, and the complications in the qualification were analyzed.  Also, to distinguish this crime, the opinions of a number of scientists were presented and studied.
