In the modern world of information technology, multimedia learning tools have firmly entered the educational process, including the study of foreign languages. The relevance of the study is due to the need to develop new methodological approaches to teaching foreign languages, helping to increase its effectiveness. The work also presents types of multimedia tools, recommendations for their use and examples of application in the educational process. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the results obtained to develop methodological recommendations for the use of multimedia in teaching foreign languages, as well as to create effective educational materials.
