Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of new Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based methods in learning German as a foreign language. Through a mixed-methods approach comparing AI-powered tools with traditional classroom instruction, the research evaluates improvements in vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and conversational skills among adult learners. Results indicate that AI tools provide personalized feedback and enhance learner engagement, leading to significant gains in language proficiency. The study also discusses challenges and emphasizes the importance of combining AI with human instruction for comprehensive language learning.
