Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Sharq mutafakkirlarining nikoh va oila institutiga bergan falsafiy baholari tahlil etiladi. Qadimgi va o‘rta asr Sharq tafakkuri namunalarida nikoh va oila ijtimoiy hayotning mustahkam asoslari sifatida e’tirof etilgani ko‘rsatib beriladi. Al-Farobiy, Ibn Sino, Al-G‘azzoliy kabi allomalarning asarlarida nikoh insoniy barkamollik va jamiyat barqarorligining asosi sifatida talqin qilinadi. Mutafakkirlar oilani ma’naviyat, axloq, muhabbat va o‘zaro hurmat asosida qurish zaruratini ta’kidlaganlar. Shuningdek, maqolada oila va nikohga oid g‘oyalar zamonaviy ijtimoiy-falsafiy qarashlar bilan qiyosiy tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot Sharq tafakkurining bugungi kunda ham o‘z ahamiyatini saqlab qolayotgan qadriyatlarni targ‘ib qilishdagi o‘rnini yoritadi.
