Environmental issues, including air and water pollution, deforestation, climate change, and chemical contamination, have significant impacts on human health. Exposure to environmental hazards can lead to respiratory, cardiovascular, neurological, and metabolic disorders, as well as increased risk of infectious and chronic diseases. This review examines the relationship between ecological problems and human health, highlighting the mechanisms by which environmental factors influence physiological and psychological well-being. Strategies for mitigation, public health interventions, and policy implications are also discussed. Addressing environmental challenges is essential for improving global health outcomes and promoting sustainable development.
