Iqlim o‘zgarishi o‘simliklarning hayotiy jarayonlariga bevosita ta’sir etuvchi omillardan biridir. Atmosferadagi CO₂ miqdorining ortishi, haroratning ko‘tarilishi va yog‘ingarchilik miqdorining o‘zgarishi fotosintez, transpiratsiya hamda nafas olish jarayonlarining intensivligiga sezilarli darajada ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Bu esa o‘simliklarning o‘sishi, rivojlanishi va mahsuldorligining o‘zgarishiga olib keladi. Mazkur maqolada iqlim o‘zgarishining fiziologik jarayonlarga ko‘rsatadigan ta’siri tahlil qilinib, moslashuv mexanizmlarining ahamiyati yoritilgan.
