Abstract

This article explores current issues related to improving the professional development system for vocational education teachers. It analyzes existing problems in teacher training, the lack of practice-oriented content in training courses, and the need for innovative approaches. Special emphasis is placed on implementing competency-based, modular, and dual approaches, the use of digital educational platforms, and international best practices. The conclusion offers recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of teacher professional development systems.
