AUTOMATING THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGY IN COMPANIES

Technology has been ruling every business up to now; it is replacing traditional approaches with more modernization. As we know, manual labor requires a lot of time and effort from employees. HR automation software helps HR departments accelerate time-consuming manual processes such as resume screening, updating time schedules, or hiring and onboarding employees. As a result, it helps save time by eliminating tedious repetitive tasks. This article discusses the automation process of the recruitment process using AI technologies.
