Abstract

The article examines the issues of improving the quality of production of orthopedic footwear for children as one of the most important areas in ensuring their physical health and preventing diseases of the musculoskeletal system. The importance of introducing quality management systems that meet international standards, including ISO 9001 and TQM principles, is emphasized. The authors analyze the stages of the production process, identify critical points of quality control and offer recommendations for their improvement at light industry enterprises in Uzbekistan.
