Mushak tolalari tuzilishidagi strukturaviy komponentlar, ayniqsa, miofibrillalar, sarkomerlar va ularning funksional ahamiyati asosiy e’tiborda turadi.
Qisqarish jarayonining biokimyoviy asoslari, aktin va miozin filamentlarining o‘zaro ta’siri, kaltsiyning roli morfologik nuqtayi nazardan tahlil qilinadi.
