Abstract

Time management is one of the most significant things that has a huge impact on academic performance, mental health, and general well-being of students. In our digitalized world, the majority of students fail to balance their academic and personal life since they do not know how managing time is important for them. As a result of this, they find it difficult to accomplish their tasks that are given from university and also personal interests or any hobbies that they take pleasure. In addition to this, they experience the detrimental impacts of poor time management in their mental and physical health. The aim of this thesis is investigating the relationship among time management, academic performance, and psychological well-being of students. Moreover, this thesis highlights common issues that students experience, like procrastination, distractions, and ineffective study techniques, and suggests some ways by which students can address these problems.

Vaqtni boshqarish – talabalar akademik natijalari, ruhiy salomatligi va umumiy farovonligiga katta ta’sir ko‘rsatadigan eng muhim omillardan biridir. Raqamli dunyoda yashayotgan aksariyat talabalar vaqtni boshqarish qanchalik muhimligini tushunmaganlari sababli, akademik va shaxsiy hayotlarini muvozanatlashishda qiyinchiliklarga duch kelishadi. Natijada, ular universitet tomonidan berilgan vazifalarni, shuningdek, shaxsiy qiziqishlari yoki sevimli mashg‘ulotlarini bajarishda qiynaladilar. Bundan tashqari, vaqtni noto‘g‘ri boshqarish ularning ruhiy va jismoniy salomatligiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Ushbu bitiruv ishi vaqtni boshqarish, akademik natijalar va talabalar ruhiy farovonligi o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlikni o‘rganishga qaratilgan. Shuningdek, ushbu tadqiqot talabalar duch keladigan asosiy muammolar – prokrastinatsiya, chalg‘ituvchi omillar va samarasiz o‘qish usullari haqida so‘z yuritib, ularni bartaraf etish yo‘llarini taklif qiladi.
