Abstract

This article focuses on analysis of one of the most famous poems by Ted Hughes “Thistles”. As a post modernism poet Ted Hughes uses strong language, sometimes so dark and complicated depiction of situation is presented in the work. The analysis of the poem assists in getting the main ideas, points the poet is going to convey to us an essential message.
