Abstract

This article analyzes the role of 4K competencies in preparing future teachers for class leader activities. The 4K competencies—creativity, communication, collaboration, and critical thinking—are examined in terms of how they can be developed and applied in the pedagogical process. The article discusses methods and technologies through which future teachers can develop these competencies to effectively carry out the duties of a class leader
