U buni O‘zbekistondagi bir qancha universitetlarda qo‘llaniladigan inson resurslarini boshqarish amaliyotini qiyosiy tahlil qilish orqali amalga oshiradi. Ushbu tadqiqot natijalari qimmatli tushunchalar va taklif etilayotgan tadqiqot sohasini har tomonlama ko'rib chiqish imkonini beradi va shu bilan uning ilmiy ahamiyatini oshiradi.
