GEOGRAPHICAL DISTRIBUTION OF WHEAT FUSARIOSIS IN THE CENTRAL AND SOUTH REGIONS OF UZBEKISTAN

The article presents the geographical distribution of wheat fusarium in the central and some southern regions of the republic. In addition information on the symptoms of fusarium disease the damage of the disease to productivity is also written. The spread of the disease in different soil and climatic conditions of the republic in the period from 2021 to 2023 was compared. The obtained results show that the plants infected with fusarium do not have a budding phase and the formation of one spike from one plant has been proven in experiments. In addition, it was found that 250-300 spikes are formed per 1m2 in fields where fusarium is widespread, and this indicator exceeds 400 in healthy plants.
