Abstract

This article explores the role of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in enhancing students' attention and memory. Given the importance of these cognitive functions in academic success, the paper discusses how CBT techniques, such as mindfulness exercises, cognitive restructuring, and emotional regulation, can improve students’ ability to concentrate and retain information. The article highlights research findings that demonstrate how CBT helps reduce stress, eliminate distractions, and develop effective learning strategies. The conclusion emphasizes the need for integrating CBT into the educational process to improve both academic performance and overall well-being.
