This article examines how learners' motivation to learn a new language is impacted by real-world audiovisual content, including movies, TV series, documentaries, and interviews. Media produced for native speakers as opposed to for educational reasons is referred to as authentic video content. The study focuses on how these resources, which offer relatable scenarios, cultural exposure, and real-world context, can improve language engagement. By providing realistic and amusing information, authentic films frequently increase learning's engagement and enjoyment while also encouraging intrinsic motivation.
