Abstract

This article explores the significance of introducing phonetics, the study of speech sounds to preschoolers to enhance their pronunciation skills.  By engaging children in playful activities that focus on sound exploration, segmentation and and practice, parents and educators can foster a deeper understanding of language and improve articulation. The article provides practical strategies and tips for incorporating phonetics into everyday interactions, empowering preschoolers to become confident and articulate communicators.
