RESULTS OF ASSESSMENT OF WORKING CONDITIONS AND SEVERITY OF LIVESTOCK COMPLEX

Abstract

According to the scientific research data , the following should be taken into account when assessing the severity and intensity of the work of workers working in livestock complexes : compliance of working conditions with the requirements of standards, rules and guidelines on labor protection; assigning privileges and compensations provided for by law to employees engaged in heavy, uncomfortable, harmful and dangerous work under other special conditions of work; protection of employees from the effects of working conditions, health risks, harmful and dangerous production factors; control of working conditions at workplaces; occupational risk assessment; providing workers with personal protective equipment; determining the class of working conditions; in case of suspicion of occupational disease, the disease is related to the profession and diagnosis; justifying work restrictions for certain categories of employees, finding production, institution, work, profession, position and indicators relevant to those giving the right to preferential pension provision; including planning and financing measures to improve working conditions and protection at the enterprise at the expense of the labor protection fund; the names of professional positions of employee and worker in the classification of main positions and alignment of employee positions and labor professions with the names indicated in the network tariff-qualification directories; it is the basis for collecting and processing information about the state of labor conditions and protection in the enterprise.
