QON BOSIMINI TARTIBGA SOLISHDA ION KANALLARINING ROLI

Ushbu maqolada qon bosimini tartibga solishda ion kanallarining roli yoritilgan. Tomir devoridagi silliq mushak hujayralarining elektr faolligi orqali qon bosimi boshqarilishi tushuntirilgan. Kalsiy (Ca²⁺) kanallarining faollashuvi tomirlar torayishi va arterial bosimning oshishiga, kaliy (K⁺) kanallarining ochilishi esa membrana giperrpolarizatsiyasiga hamda tomirlarning kengayib, bosimning pasayishiga olib kelishi bayon qilingan. Shuningdek, natriy (Na⁺) va xlor (Cl⁻) kanallarining yurak va nerv tizimi orqali qon bosimiga bilvosita ta’siri hamda TRP kanallarining tashqi muhit omillariga javoban tomir tonusini o‘zgartirishi ta’riflangan. Ion kanallarining muvozanati buzilganda arterial gipertenziya va yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari xavfi ortishi ta’kidlangan. Ushbu holatni bartaraf etish uchun ion kanallarini nishonga oluvchi dori vositalarini oqilona qo‘llash, tuz iste’molini cheklash, jismoniy faollikni oshirish, stressni boshqarish va sog‘lom turmush tarzini shakllantirish zarurligi asoslab berilgan.
