Abstract

This article analyzes intellectual services as one of the priority areas of the global economy. In the context of the digital transformation of the 21st century, intellectual services, including high-value-added activities such as research, consulting, IT, legal and e-learning services, are becoming an important factor in international trade and competitiveness. The article examines the development factors of the intellectual services sector, the role of digital platforms, the open innovation model and the importance of human capital, based on the best practices of countries such as the USA, India, South Korea, Estonia and the European Union. Based on foreign experience, recommendations are given for the formation of the intellectual services market in Uzbekistan and the development of national digital infrastructure.
