FORMATION OF STUDENTS' PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE WITH THE HELP OF A STARTUP
Abstract
Various programmes and methods of training students in close connection with production are currently gaining popularity. This makes it possible to train specialists who will later need minimal adaptation to the working environment and responsibilities to perform a certain job that does not require additional training. This practice is applied in a wide variety of professions through dual training programmes.
