Abstract

Legal regulation of mediation in labor disputes plays a key role in ensuring effective resolution of conflicts between employees and employers. Different countries are implementing their own approaches to mediation, taking into account national characteristics and international standards. Below is an overview of the legal regulation of mediation in labor disputes in the Republic of Uzbekistan and a number of other countries.
