Abstract

This article explores the implementation of relative clause instruction in an intermediate-level (CEFR B1) university EFL classroom in Uzbekistan. The study outlines the learner profiles, instructional strategies, and grammatical frameworks used, based on the works of Leech and Payne. Emphasis is placed on both form-focused and meaning-focused techniques, illustrating how learners transition from basic understanding to practical application through interactive grammar activities contextualized in real-life communication.
