This article presents a comprehensive comparative analysis of phraseological units containing the component white in English and Uzbek. It delves into the field of comparative linguoculturology outlining its theoretical foundations, its subject matter and primary objectives. Special attention is given to the role of color symbolism - particularly the color white - in shaping cultural and linguistic perceptions embedded within idiomatic and fixed expressions. The article provides a detailed overview of the structural and semantic classifications of phraseological units, supported by illustrative examples from both linguistic systems. By systematically comparing these units, the study identifies significant cultural connotations, shared conceptual metaphors, and divergent symbolic meanings associated with white in English and Uzbek.
