Abstract

This article highlights the role of youth leaders in modern conditions, their significance in socio-cultural processes, and the need to develop their potential. It analyzes factors hindering the effectiveness of leadership activities and explores ways to overcome them. In particular, it substantiates approaches for the professional and personal development of youth leaders through the use of information technologies, the promotion of civic activism, the development of communication skills, and the formation of social responsibility. The article also presents scientific and practical suggestions and recommendations.
