Abstract

This article analyzes the integration of modern educational technologies and innovative pedagogical strategies in physical education lessons. The issues of increasing physical activity of students, strengthening their motivation and increasing the effectiveness of the lesson using modern approaches are considered. Also, the application of gamification, interactive methods, virtual and augmented reality technologies to physical education lessons, the possibilities of forming an individual approach using biometric monitoring and artificial intelligence are analyzed. The results of the study show that advanced technologies and innovative pedagogical strategies serve to increase the effectiveness of physical education lessons.
