Abstract

Ushbu maqolada professional burnout (ishga charchoq)ning sabablari, belgilari va unga qarshi kurashish usullari ko'rib chiqilgan. Burnout, ayniqsa psixologlar, sog'liqni saqlash, ta'lim va ijtimoiy xizmatlar sohalarida ishlovchi mutaxassislar orasida keng tarqalgan bo'lib, bu holat ishdagi stress, yuqori yuklamalar, motivatsiyaning pasayishi va qo'llab-quvvatlovchi tizimlarning yetishmasligi natijasida yuzaga keladi. Maqolada burnoutning aniq belgilaridan biri sifatida emotsional charchoq, depersonalizatsiya va ish samaradorligining pasayishi keltirilgan. Shuningdek, undan samarali kurashish usullari, masalan, stressni boshqarish, sog'lom ish muhitini yaratish, dam olish va qo'llab-quvvatlovchi tizimlar yaratish kabi tavsiyalar berilgan. Maqola mutaxassislar va ishchilarning ruhiy va jismoniy salomatligini yaxshilash, ishda samaradorlikni oshirish va burnoutning oldini olishga qaratilgan amaliy maslahatlarni taqdim etadi.
