Abstract

Ushbu maqolada mehmonxona menejerining vazifalari va uning mehmonxona faoliyati muvaffaqiyatidagi roli yoritilgan. Menejerning mijozlar xizmatini yaxshilash, ishchi jamoani boshqarish, operatsion jarayonlarni muvofiqlashtirish va mehmonxona daromadini oshirishdagi o‘rni batafsil tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, maqolada menejerlik faoliyatining zamonaviy mehmonxona sanoati tendensiyalariga moslashuvi bo‘yicha tavsiyalar keltiriladi.
