DEVELOPING STUDENTS' ALTRUISTIC COMPETENCIES IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF GENERAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

This article analyzes the importance of developing students' altruistic competencies within the educational process in general educational institutions. Altruism contributes not only to an individual's moral and ethical growth but also to ensuring social cooperation and stability in society. This article discusses the criteria, indicators, and effective methods for diagnosing altruistic competencies. Based on the findings, educational strategies aimed at developing students' social responsibility and moral values are proposed.
